Community Economic Development Officer manuals now online!
Fri, 11/23/2012 - 14:35Last year the Nunavut Economic Developers Association elected to train municipal CEDOs through the University of Waterloo in line with the Economic Developers Association of Canada.
Though the MTO's CEDO courses may no longer be used by Nunavut's Community Economic Development Officers, the course materials provide a valuable resource and reference guide for that position.

Municipal Government eLearning in Full Swing this fall
Fri, 09/28/2012 - 13:06The MTO's popular Municipal Government Program college courses are being offered online this fall and Nunavummiut have the opportunity to learn at home in their communities while gaining college credit. Some courses are transferrable to other Nunavut Arctic College programs such as the Bachelor of Applied Business Administration.
The MGP courses are 3-week online courses that have something for every type of learner! These employment-driven courses were designed for municipal staff but they are open to all Nunavummiut.
