The workshop’s targeted participants are managers and supervisors. The 4-day workshop is designed to give supervisors/managers the tools, abilities, skills, and knowledge to be successful in their role. The workshop will be customized to the needs of the hamlet. Below are the daily topics covered in the four days.



Day 1: The functions that all supervisors/managers perform, the three skills of supervision, leading others, and getting people to care about their work.


Day 2: Communications, performance management, dealing with conflict, and managing difficult people.


Day 3: Building great teams, building bench strength, getting continual improvement/coaching, and managing change.


Day 4: Creating a facilitating environment and working with peers or family members.
