The workshop’s targeted participants are hamlet employees who are either employed in the hamlet office, or are aspiring to be employed in the hamlet office. The employees will be employed in positions such as office clerk, office administrator, receptionist, office manager, or finance clerk. This 4-day workshop is designed to give participants the tools, abilities, skills, and knowledge needed to be successful in their role.
