Description :

This course provides participants with opportunities to work through real-life community planning and land administration scenarios set in the Nunavut context. The in-person course will guide participants through examples of everyday tasks of a municipal Planning and Lands Administrator (PLA). Activities include analyzing land applications and development permit applications, preparing leases, calculating lot prices, reviewing land surveys, and processing Community Plan and Zoning By-law amendments.
