The MTO strives to provide access to Municipal Government training opportunities across the territory, based on budget and business plan objectives.  Every effort is made to ensure that courses are offered annually in every community, or at least in every region.

It is the policy of the MTO to promote a climate within the organization which recognizes the importance of training and professional development for municipalities in Nunavut.
