MTO will be offering a Professional Development Course at the Navigator Inn, Iqaluit, October 31-November 03, 2011.

This year’s Professional Development Course will offer an opportunity to new and existing SAOs and or their designates. 

This four-day delivery includes capital and community planning, program planning, financial management, infrastructure management, council governance, and human resource management.  This year, the primary focus will be conflict resolution with Senior Managers.

The professional development facilitator for this year's course will be Ray Kempster.  His background and professional tenure includes but is not limited to the following:
